Committed to safety on every site
Safety isn’t just a checkbox for us, it’s the way we run concrete on every site. Most of our work happens around people, traffic, and live equipment, so we build safety into planning, not as an add-on at the end.
Our crews follow a structured safety program with site-specific plans, ongoing training, and regular reviews to keep standards high. We focus on access, egress, traffic control, permits, and housekeeping before we mobilize, then reinforce it daily with toolbox talks and field-level risk assessments.
Our goal is simple: reduce the human and financial cost of incidents by doing the basics right, every day. SWCL’s safety systems are designed to meet or exceed Canadian occupational health and safety requirements and industry best practices, so you can trust both the concrete and the way it’s put in place.
